How are meals packaged and delivered?
Meals are delivered chilled (not frozen) in insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Just heat and enjoy — no prep, no fuss.
How long do meals stay fresh?
Meals stay fresh for 5–7 days. Each package has a clear “best by” date label.
